How to buy all the products listed in Cybertech Website?

All you need to do is go to https://www.cybertechmy.com/shop and browse our products. Once you have found the item you want, select your products and click on the ADD TO CART button.
Once you have finished choosing your product and ready to review and pay the items in your cart . You can click on the cart logo/ View cart on the top right corner of the website to checkout.
If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click CHECKOUT with PayPal to complete your order.

What kind of payment method do you provide?

Currently we only accept Credit & Debit Card Payments Via PayPal.

How long does it take to ship my product?

Shipping will take 14 working days upon confirmation of order and payments.

Does your products have warranty?

Warranty may differ in each of the products listed.
SAM Labs- We offer one to one exchange. Proof may be needed in order to exchange.

Do you sell your products in bulk? How to purchase Cybertech’s products in bulk?

Cancellation and return Policy?

Cancellation?
For cancellation, please do contact us within 24 hours upon your order, so that we can process your cancellation. Please do take note that your refund might take around 1-14 working days.

Refund & Exchange?
For refund, you can only request for refund/exchange if the products purchased is damaged or incomplete upon arrival.

Stock availability?

Yes, we do have stock in hand. We will always keep our customer’s updated if our stock availability is low.

Do you provide store pickup?

Yes, we do. If you would like to self-pickup please do call our officer at 03-8322 1006/1205 and provide your order info to set an appointment for self-collection.
